Introducing the project

Workify deals with the importation and automation of third-country labour. A key consideration when designing the system was:

• To reduce the burden on administrators and recruiters as much as possible
• Digitize the entire recruitment process
• To reduce the complexity and complexity of the recruitment process
• Minimise inconsistencies in the data

The result

The process involves the management and submission of more than 40 documents to Hungarian and foreign authorities, which previously required significant time. The new system stores all candidate information in a central location, generates 9 different document types and manages 30 additional document types per candidate.

With automatic passport image recognition, the error rate is reduced and all additional documents are image quality checked so that only readable documents are accepted.

Each candidate has more than 100 different data elements that can be filtered, searched and grouped.

Due to the length and complexity of the process, the system allows you to indicate stuck points by adding comments to candidates, where you can indicate the problem or specify who should deal with the problem.

Administrators are notified of their tasks in a separate tab, so they always have one place to see exactly what they need to do.

The status of each order and all its candidates is automatically updated based on changes to data elements and documents.
