Introducing the project

Intechlabs Printing is a 3D contract printing company with the aim to, among other things:

• To maximise the use of the available equipment
• The use of the best available equipment to maximize the utilization of the company's assets
• An alternative solution to correspondence with the customer, which can often take days or weeks
• Integration of an online payment solution

The result

Through these discussions, we have been able to design a system that automatically guides the customer from the moment they arrive on the site to the moment they pay. This allows the company to invest more energy in marketing and order fulfilment.

Users can upload 3D files, which are analysed and a quote is provided within 10 seconds on average. It is then possible to set the desired parameters for the print, which will update the price immediately.

The company can see on a dashboard the incoming orders with estimated printing times and see which quotes have not ended up in orders.

Order placement, which took on average 2-5 days to complete with the customer, has been reduced to an average of 10 minutes, with a significantly improved user experience.
